• We solder or fuse all connections closed because jump rings and open links are the weakest points in jewelry, often resulting in repairs or loss. Unsoldered jump rings can gradually open, causing necklaces to fall off or thin chain links to slip through. While soldering/fusing requires more time and resources, we don’t take shortcuts; quality is our top priority. 

• Not only is attention given to the front of the design, but equal importance is placed on the back of the design as well.

• The paddle grip wraps completely around the paddle, rather than being limited to just the front of the design.

• Many brands opt for setting the gemstones in wax prior to casting. While this is a faster method, it is also riskier due to the high heat of the kiln increasing the chance of cracking the gemstones. These cracks may not be noticeable to the naked eye in very small stones, but there is a significant possibility cracked stones will dislodge from the setting over time. We take a different approach by individually hand-setting the gemstones after casting. While this is labor intensive, each prong is carefully pressed by hand to make sure the integrity of the gemstone is not compromised. Despite the increased labor involved, this method guarantees a tight fit which keeps the gemstone safely in place and also accentuates its genuine beauty.

• Channel walls border gemstone designs to ensure the gemstones are protected from impact, chipping, and dislodgment during wear on and off the court. Additionally, it serves to safeguard the prongs, which hold the gemstones in position.

• Linked chains often restrict the sliding movement of charms. We choose the snake chain which offers a silky smoothness that ensures charms slide easily and freely.

• All our necklaces and bracelets are adjustable.

METAL CARE

Gently clean your jewelry with a very soft jewelry cleaning brush using water and mild soap (e.g., Dawn dish soap). Thoroughly rinse with warm water to remove all soap residue then pat dry with a soft, nonabrasive cloth. Ensure the jewelry is completely dry before storing. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. If needed, use a jewelry polishing cloth to restore the natural shine.

How to care for your jewelry

All orders have the option to include a gift message on a card, which will be enclosed in an envelope and sent along with the purchased pieces. This option is available to you in "Your Cart" under "Add a note to your order".
